I know that a lot of things are problematic, but golly gee, can we please start using other words in our conversations!?  Problematic is not the end-all word nor does it even begin to describe oppression, privilege, power, hatred, discrimination, etc.  If I had a penny for every time someone used that word in my classes, I’d be able to buy every one at my college a thesaurus so they could start using new words.
